Behind RO Connection is Ricky Ong, is an award-winning trainer in personal branding and an organisational development practitioner with a strong commitment to leadership development. He began his career in hospitality, where he discovered the importance of building genuine connections and creating experiences that bring people together. A pivotal moment came when he was invited to design a team-building programme for a client, an opportunity that revealed his gift for developing others and set him on a path into learning and leadership. Since then, Ricky has worked with leaders and teams across a wide range of industries, supporting them to identify strengths, overcome challenges and achieve meaningful results. His style is practical and engaging, shaped by his belief that leadership is not defined by titles, but by influence, purpose and the ability to inspire. This belief underpins the work he continues to lead through RO Connection, with programmes designed to unlock potential, strengthen collaboration and create lasting impact.
